Natera, Inc. seeks a licensed Medical Laboratory Scientist to analyze specimens and maintain equipment in good operating condition at our Austin, TX facility.

The role requires a BS in Medical Technology or related field, MT/MLS/CLS/MB certification preferred from ASCP/AMT/AAB, and strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills to support GLP compliance and routine laboratory operations.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree in Medical Technology, Biological Sciences, or a related field.
• Current MT/MLS/CLS/MB certification preferable from ASCP, AMT, or AAB.
• Strong attention to detail and compliance with GLP.

Responsibilities

• Verify specimens and perform tests as required.
• Analyze clinical lab specimens following standard methods with accuracy.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of laboratory methods.
• Provide oversight of personnel and daily lab operations.
