Job summary

Prevea Health is seeking a Medical Laboratory Technician or Medical Laboratory Scientist for a full-time role serving Seymour, WI and the Green Bay area with coverage at Shawano site every 4th weekend. The position requires an accredited MLT/MLS program completion and certification within 1 year.

You will collect and process specimens, perform routine hematology, immunology, urinalysis and chemistry testing, and maintain lab equipment according to quality control protocols.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of medical terminology and laboratory equipment.
• Ability to follow written protocols and perform testing.
• Ability to interpret numerical data related to patient results.

Responsibilities

• Collect, process, and label specimens for analysis.
• Perform routine tests in hematology, immunology, urinalysis and chemistry.
• Operate, maintain, and calibrate laboratory equipment and troubleshoot issues.
