Lafayette Regional Health Center in Lexington, Missouri, seeks a Medical Lab Scientist (MLS) to perform routine and complex laboratory tests across hematology, chemistry, microbiology, and serology. You will ensure accuracy by running controls, calibrating equipment, and following approved testing procedures.
The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's in laboratory science or per CLIA 88 grandfathering, and ASCP/CLS certified or eligible with certification within 1 year of hire.
