Job summary
Zaddy Solutions in the greater Atlanta area is seeking a Field Service Engineer to install, service, and maintain medical laboratory instrumentation, including hematology and chemistry analyzers. The role requires hands-on electronics and electro-mechanical troubleshooting, plus willingness to travel overnight as needed.
Candidates should have a certificate or AAS in electronics, at least 3 years of field service experience, and be fully vaccinated for COVID-19.
Qualifications
- Certificate or AAS in electronics required.
- Experience with electronics & electro-mechanical troubleshooting.
- Overnight travel is required.
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a field service engineer.
- Experience servicing medical lab analyzers or other medical instrumentation a plus.
- This job requires the individual to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
Responsibilities
- Will be involved with the installation, servicing, and preventive maintenance of the instrumentation.
- Establish a good customer relations foundation.
- Coordinates problem resolution within the Field Support Group
- Maintain car inventory, such as tools, trunk stock (parts), etc.
- Providesbasic on-site training regarding the operation of company instrumentation
