Job summary

Qualifications

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong time management and leadership abilities.
• Demonstrated interest in Medical Information and Medical Communications through rotation experience, industry internships, or relevant coursework.

Responsibilities

• Develop medical response letters, slide decks, infographics, videos and literature summaries for internal and external stakeholders.
• Partner cross-functionally to support execution of the Global Medical Strategy for the assigned product/disease area.
• Provide medical review support of medical and promotional materials.
• Support medical information contact center operations, including escalation handling and analysis of inquiry volume and trend metrics.
• Provide training on the assigned product/disease area to contact center staff, Medical Affairs vendor partners, and Field Medical teams.
• Support the development and maintenance of the Key Scientific Platform for the assigned product/disease area.
• Develop enduring materials for Medical Affairs booth and support the execution of the booth.
• Attend relevant medical congresses to support the Medical Affairs booth, attend sessions and medical education symposia and provide summary reports.
• Lead and execute a longitudinal research project.
• Precept APPE students on rotation, as opportunities arise.
