Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of experience in a leadership role.
• Associate degree or higher in a related field and radiologic experience as specified.

Responsibilities

• Mentors and coaches to drive performance improvement and provides training.
• Supervises daily activities and ensures policies are followed; resolves escalated issues.
• Educates patients, maintains privacy, and supports frontline staff in service recovery and patient comfort.
• Oversees supplies, inventory, and collaboration with labor partners to improve quality, service, and safety.
• Ensures safety compliance with regulations and manages equipment malfunctions and safety incidents.
• Leads evaluation of exam history and factors to optimize imaging, transmits images to PACS, and ensures proper patient identification.
