Philips in Bedford, MA is seeking an Associate Data & AI Engineer for Medical Imaging to curate and annotate imaging datasets and enable model development across clinical modalities.

You will work with clinical and engineering teams to define imaging‑related solutions, design and test Python-based image processing algorithms, and document designs for regulatory and QA workflows. Excellent skills in Python and deep learning are required.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in engineering, CS, physics, math, or biomedical imaging.
• Experience with Python and deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow).
• Experience building GUI-based data annotation/review tools (Tk, Napari).
• Experience validating algorithms on imaging data.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Source, curate, and annotate imaging datasets for model development.
• Collaborate with clinical, engineering, and data science teams.
• Design, implement, and test image‑processing algorithms in Python.
• Document code and validation methods for reproducibility and QA.
• Explore GPU/CUDA optimization and share knowledge across teams.
