• Experience in ICU-level care and ventilator management

Responsibilities

• Assess patients comprehensively and monitor clinical status
• Administer and manage complex medications and ventilator-related therapies
• Coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams and support safe transitions
• Educate patients and families and support patient-first communication
• Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR
• Participate in rounds, quality initiatives, and continuing education
• Adhere to infection prevention, safety, and regulatory standards
• Precept others and support a collaborative unit culture
