Job summary

Air Evac Lifeteam is seeking a Helicopter Pilot to provide medical air transportation services. The role supports safety and compliance across flight operations with a 7/7 schedule and potential bonuses.

Candidates must hold a rotorcraft commercial certificate, FAA Class II Medical, and sufficient flight hours with turbine helicopter experience. On-site role based in Thomaston, GA, with competitive pay and sign-on bonuses.

Qualifications

• Must hold FAA Rotorcraft Commercial Certificate and FAA Class II Medical Certificate.
• Must have 2,000 total flight hours with 1,500 helicopter hours and 1,000 helicopter PIC hours.
• Night unaided or night aided hours required (100/50 with 100).
• Weight limit 230 pounds with gear.
• Preferred: B206 aircraft experience and higher education.

Responsibilities

• Transport patients safely with a medical team.
• Ensure aircraft readiness and compliance with FARs and company procedures.
• Maintain accurate Air Evac Lifeteam records and regulatory docs.
• Coordinate with dispatch, flight crews, facilities, and partners.
• Provide shift-change information per protocol for change board.
• Maintain required certifications and ongoing training.
