Job summary

Pima Medical Institute in Seattle seeks a Master Administrator, an experienced Medical Assistant who loves the puzzle of the front desk, to join our faculty and teach Medical Front Office classes. You bring at least three years of practical Healthcare Administration experience and a passion for operations.

As an instructor, you will plan lessons, evaluate student progress, coordinate guest speakers and externships, and help manage inventories while upholding safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Three years of occupational experience in Healthcare Administration.
• Four years of job-related training and experience for instructors not graduates from an accredited Healthcare Administration program.
• Current license, certification, or designation as required by law to work in Healthcare Administration.
• Verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement and evaluate daily lesson plans for students, including activities and materials.
• Plan instruction to meet objectives based on curriculum and student needs.
• Evaluate student performance and adjust provisions to meet learning needs.
• Maintain attendance and grades; prepare final grades and transcripts.
• Arrange guest speakers, field trips, and clinic visits; coordinate externships.
• Prepare lectures and demonstrations; assist in curriculum discussions.
• Monitor safety and assist students in class.
