Atlanta Rehabilitation & Performance Center is hiring a Medical Front Office Coordinator - Float to join our outpatient team. This full-time position involves multitasking at the front desk, scheduling, patient check-in/out, and delivering exceptional customer service while supporting multiple clinic locations across the Flowery Branch, Buford, Oakwood, Jefferson, Peak, Winder, and Lawrenceville corridor.

License & Experience

We are currently searching for a Medical Front Office Coordinator. This position requires great customer service skills as well as the ability to multitask. Ideal candidates will enjoy working as part of a team environment, have a love of working with people, and have good organizational and communication skills. Some medical experience is preferred.

Preferred Skills:

• Proficient in typing
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Products including Word, Excel, and Outlook Applications
• Highly organized and schedule driven
• Flexible with daily tasks
• Ability to work under deadlines and maintain critical thinking skills
