• Duties include front desk operations, medical recordkeeping and patient confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates proficiency with computer skills.
• Demonstrates telephone courtesy to patients, visitors and co-workers.
• Demonstrates proficiency in use of front office equipment.
• Maintains medical records according to policy and procedures.
• Demonstrates proficiency in check in and check out processes.
• Collects all monies due from patients and properly prepares for deposit.
• Maintains strict patient confidentiality.
• All other duties as assigned.
