Job summary

Culpeper Wellness Foundation's Powell Wellness Center is seeking a Medical Fitness Program Manager to lead medically integrated fitness programs. You will oversee FitScripts, health education, fitness assessments, and fitness floor operations, while mentoring a team of fitness professionals.

Collaborate with physicians and healthcare partners, track outcomes, and ensure MFA standards are met, driving community wellness and measurable member results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in exercise science, kinesiology, or related field.
• 3+ years in a health-related field; supervisory experience preferred.
• CPR/AED certification or ability to obtain within 90 days.
• NCCA-, ISO 17204–, or MFA-approved fitness certification.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
