Job summary

AdaptHealth is seeking a Warehouse Technician to process orders, package shipments, receive inventory, and support loading for delivery. You will help clean and disinfect returned equipment, maintain inventory accuracy, and assist the supervisor with assembly when needed. HIPAA compliance and safety are essential in daily tasks.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, teamwork, and following procedures for PPE and hazardous materials handling, with a focus on efficient warehouse operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in warehouse, material handling or equipment repair preferred.
• Ability to operate forklifts or similar warehouse equipment is a plus.
• Basic computer and documentation skills for inventory tracking.

Responsibilities

• Safely load/unload materials and verify shipments.
• Transport and store materials using forklifts or hand trucks.
• Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts, report discrepancies.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper conditioning of equipment and work area.
• Prepare shipments and labels, pick, pack, and ship orders.
• Follow safety, PPE, infection control and HIPAA guidelines.
• Complete clerical tasks and maintain inventory systems.
