Agiliti is offering a DOD SkillBridge Medical Equipment Technician Internship designed for transitioning service members. You will work under supervision to inspect, maintain, calibrate, and repair a range of medical devices, gaining hands-on experience and credentialing toward biomedical equipment roles.

The program emphasizes mentorship, flexible training plans, and practical on-the-job activities across multiple locations to prepare you for full-time roles in healthcare technology management.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current, valid driver's license.
• Basic computer skills; understanding of computer networks and equipment interfacing.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as well as emergency off-hours.
• Willing to travel periodically to support business needs.
• Able to lift and/or push up to 75 pounds.
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide cost-effective equipment inspection, maintenance, calibration, and repair service on a variety of medical devices.
• Complete all paperwork and computer data entry accurately and promptly to ensure complete documentation for billing and required regulatory compliance.
• Communicate with clinical staff on the topics of equipment features, functionality, etc.
