TRIMEDX in Austin, TX is hiring a Medical Equipment Sanitizer to ensure medical equipment is cleaned, bagged, and ready for use, supporting hospital operations and patient safety. You will play a vital role in infection control and help clinicians access ready-to-use tools.

Join a fast-paced hospital team, transport equipment between units, maintain accurate inventory, and deliver excellent service to staff while adapting to shift changes and emergency demands.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must pass a background check and drug test.
• Healthcare passion and commitment to patient safety.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Ensure medical equipment is sanitized, bagged, and ready for use.
• Transport equipment throughout the hospital quickly and efficiently.
• Maintain and verify inventory levels of medical equipment.
• Provide outstanding customer service and build relationships with hospital staff.
• Adapt to a dynamic hospital environment and navigate different areas as needed.
• Enter occupied patient rooms to complete equipment quantity checks.
• Support infection prevention and patient safety efforts.
