Role Overview: Medical Equipment Planner II

We are seeking a Medical Equipment Planner II responsible for:

  1. Providing medical equipment solutions across diverse healthcare environments.
  2. Facilitating user group meetings to gather input and assist in planning.
  3. Discussing equipment options and helping clients select suitable solutions, including inventory assessment and integration of existing equipment.
  4. Collaborating with senior planners and design teams, including architects and engineers, to incorporate equipment needs into project designs.
  5. Preparing reports, schedules, drawings, and budgets related to medical equipment planning.
  6. Traveling approximately 50% of the time as required.
  7. Performing additional duties as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree.
  • Interest or experience in sustainable design and LEED certification.
  • Preference for local candidates.
Required Qualifications
  • At least 3 years of medical equipment planning experience.
  • Clinical background in Nursing, Purchasing, Biomedical Engineering, or related fields is highly valued.
  • Strong understanding of medical equipment and hospital environments.
  • Professional interaction skills with healthcare clients and design teams.
  • Knowledge of current medical equipment technologies.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
