DME Express LLC is seeking delivery drivers to transport medical equipment such as wheelchairs, hospital beds, and oxygen to hospice patients. The role includes on-site training, DOT/FDA compliance, route optimization, and patient education.

Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401k, PTO, and a $2,000 sign-on bonus (paid as $1,000 after first check and $1,000 after 90 days). The position involves physical work and potential weekend shifts.

Formación

• Must maintain a positive attitude at all times.
• Clean driving record is required.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds daily.
• Willing to accept rotating on-call shifts.

Responsabilidades

• Determine or obtain the best daily route and deliver all required equipment; educate patient and family on proper use.
• Comply with all DOT and FDA regulations relevant to Oxygen and DME.
• Maintain proper stock levels and keep warehouse and delivery vehicle clean.
• Ensure Medical Equipment Technicians follow company and accrediting standards.
• Provide patient/client orientation and instructions for equipment use when applicable.
• Work with patients/clients to resolve issues as the company field representative.
• Complete delivery and pickup through the app promptly and accurately.
• Assist in cleaning, disinfecting and minor repairs of equipment.
• Perform daily preventive maintenance on assigned vehicle.
• Maintain a neat, clean personal appearance.
• Promote teamwork among coworkers; assist fellow drivers as needed.
• May work Saturday/Sundays on rotating schedule and take on-call time weekly.
• Perform warehouse and office maintenance tasks as required.
• Demonstrate timeliness, courtesy, sincerity and patience with clients.
• Market the company in a positive and professional manner at all times.
