Job summary

CareLinc Medical Equipment is seeking a Delivery Technician to pick up and distribute medical equipment, demonstrate proper use to customers, and maintain delivery vehicles. The role includes after-hours coverage with teammates and on-the-job smartphone communication, plus warehouse upkeep and adherence to policy and regulations.

Ideal candidates have a valid driver’s license, clear driving record, ability to pass background and drug screenings, and a collaborative, helpful attitude to support

Qualifications

• A valid Driver's License and a driving record cleared by our insurance company.
• Able to pass background check as it pertains to the position.
• A knack for problem-solving and making things easy to understand.
• A kind and helpful attitude.
• Able to pass drug screening, which also tests for marijuana.
• A commitment to confidentiality, because trust is everything.

Responsibilities

• Picks up and distributes equipment to our customers.
• Demonstration and explanation of the general operation and proper use of medical equipment to the customer/family/caregiver.
• Organize and maintain delivery vehicles according to company policy.
• Responsible for after-hours coverage with other Delivery Technicians. Owns and maintains a smartphone for on-the-job communications.
• Assists with warehouse inventory levels, equipment cleanliness, and repair according to policy and procedure, and in compliance with applicable rules and regulations
