Job summary

Agiliti Health, Inc. seeks a Medical Equipment Service and Delivery Driver in Warwick, RI. You will safely load, deliver, and retrieve equipment, while educating customers on features and ensuring accurate documentation for billing and inventory.

Applicants should be 21+, hold a valid driver’s license, have customer service experience, and be able to lift up to 75 pounds. Flexible hours and a comprehensive benefits package are provided.

Qualifications

• 21+ years old with high school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid, unrestricted driver’s license with safe driving record.
• Customer service experience; hospital setting helpful.
• Basic computer skills.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and on-call.
• Lift/push up to 75 pounds.
• Stand/walk for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Safely load, secure, and deliver medical equipment to customers.
• Retrieve equipment from customer locations and transport back to the office.
• Educate customers at time of delivery about equipment features and functionality.
• Complete paperwork and data entry accurately for billing, inventory, and regulatory compliance.
