Your Health Organization in the United States is seeking a Delivery Medical Associate to transport durable medical equipment safely and on schedule, serving healthcare facilities, clinics, and patients' homes. You will drive, load, install, and provide basic usage guidance while upholding safety and customer service standards.

This full-time, salary-based role requires reliable transportation, a clean driving record, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Experience delivering medical equipment is a plus.
• Ability to lift and move heavy equipment.
• Excellent communication and organization.
• Must be able to travel between offices and facilities.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a delivery vehicle to transport Durable Medical Equipment.
• Adhere to traffic laws and regulations while driving.
• Load and unload durable medical equipment onto and from the delivery vehicle.
• Ensure that equipment is secured properly to prevent damage during transportation.
• Verify and document the condition of equipment upon delivery and return.
• Install and set up durable medical equipment at healthcare facilities and patient’s residences.
• Ensure proper functioning and placement of installed equipment.
• Provide basic instructions to clients on the initial use of installed equipment.
• Plan and optimize delivery routes to ensure timely and efficient deliveries.
• Coordinate with the dispatch team to receive delivery schedules and updates.
• Instruct clients on the proper use and care of the delivered medical equipment.
• Address customer inquiries and concerns in a professional manner.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including signatures, delivery times, and any equipment-related documentation.
