Job summary

Prolific is seeking licensed medical doctors to help train and evaluate AI models. You will be invited to join as a Domain Expert and paid to complete AI tasks, typically requiring about one hour of uninterrupted work per task.

Researchers pay between $80 and $150 per hour per AI task, with opportunities for flexible hours and the possibility to work from home. You’ll complete a short screener to join our expert pool and must have a reliable internet connection and PayPal for payments.

Qualifications

• Verified status as a medical doctor (license/registration in good standing; board certification or equivalent).
• Recent clinical experience and comfort in evaluating clinical reasoning and decision-making.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to focus on complex tasks for up to one hour.
• Reliable, fast internet connection and access to a computer.

Responsibilities

• Review AI-generated responses to clinical scenarios and rating them for accuracy, clinical appropriateness, safety, and reasoning quality.
• Compare multiple model answers and select/justify the best response.
• Write improved exemplars, rationales, or structured feedback to help models learn where they fall short.
