Valor Healthcare operates a Community Based Outpatient Clinic in Bradford, PA, seeking a Clinical Medical Director to oversee all clinical aspects and ensure high-quality care for veterans.

Ideal candidates hold an MD or DO with VA credentialing, board certification in family practice or internal medicine, and current BLS/ACLS with active DEA registration. Compensation includes a salary range with incentives and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree required and licensed in the US.
• Board certified in family practice or internal medicine.
• Current, unrestricted medical license in the US.
• VA credentialing and active status required.
• BLS and ACLS certifications current per VA contract.
• DEA registration active.

Responsabilités

• Oversee diagnoses and treatment for our veterans.
• Manage day-to-day medical operations with high clinical standards.
• Achieve excellent outcomes through chart reviews and VA guidelines.
• Ensure outstanding customer service to veterans, families, and staff.
• Support clinic financial performance and enrollment initiatives.
• Lead staffing to meet veteran enrollment and clinical needs.
• Review reporting and VA metrics to stay above threshold.
• Recruit, coach, and retain talent with performance management.
• Collaborate with VA partners and inform Regional Medical Director.
• Drive new initiatives and operational improvements.
