Montpelier Veterinary Hospital is seeking a Medical Director to lead our three-doctor team. This role will shape the practice as we modernize and expand, with opportunities to develop areas such as rehabilitation, acupuncture, or advanced dentistry.

You will have on-site X-ray, ultrasound and lab, a diverse caseload, and a five-day week with no weekends, no on-call, and no late nights. We offer a generous base salary of $150,000+ with production and a physician stipend, plus sign-on packages.

Qualifications

• DVM or VMD from an accredited institution.
• Valid veterinary license in Virginia.
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience.
• Interest in leadership, mentorship, and practice growth.
