Responsibilities

• Champion medical excellence with high standards for patient care, clinical quality, and client experience.
• Lead and mentor a team of four veterinarians toward growth and collaboration.
• Guide clinical standards and protocols to ensure consistent, high-quality medicine.
• Partner with the Hospital Manager on staffing, workflow, and hospital priorities.
• Serve as a trusted clinical resource for associate veterinarians and students.
• Identify opportunities for growth by expanding services and community relationships.
• Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and engaging new team members.
