Route 516 Animal Hospital is hiring a Veterinary Medical Director to lead a busy practice in Old Bridge, NJ. You will guide a talented team while maintaining an active role in medicine, setting clinical standards, and driving hospital growth.

The role combines leadership with hands-on veterinary care, mentorship, and collaboration with Encore Vet Group. A US-licensed DVM is required, with a passion for developing people and delivering high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• US-licensed DVM or equivalent and eligible for veterinary licensure in the US.
• Demonstrated leadership or medical-director experience preferred.

Salary range is $140,000- 160,000 with additional earning potential.
