Job summary

SSM Health Monroe Hospital in Monroe, Wisconsin is recruiting for a Primary Care Physician Associate Medical Director. The role requires 8 hours per week in two 4-hour blocks, with an outpatient clinic allocation of 0.6–0.8 FTE and the Associate Medical Director portion at 0.2 FTE.

The position emphasizes leadership in primary care, provider engagement, and workflow collaboration. An MD/DO, Wisconsin medical license, and board eligibility or certification are required; prior leadership
