We have an exciting new full-time / permanent opportunity for an experienced Medical Director Primary Care with one of our leading healthcare facilities in Lancaster, New Hampshire. The staff at this facility are dedicated to improving quality of care, increasing customer / patient satisfaction, and are empowered to be more effective in their work.
Payer mix: 35% Medicare, 15% Medicaid, 35% Commercial, the rest is other. Age distribution from pediatric to geriatric, with a high elderly population in the area. Patients per day: average 20-24 for full-day office visits. 28 hours of direct patient care at Lancaster office, 9 hours of Medical Director admin hours, and 3 hours of practice admin hours.
