Job summary

Qualifications

• Advanced scientific or medical degree (MD/PhD/PharmD or equivalent).
• At least two years’ experience in clinical development management.
• Neonatology experience preferred.
• Postgraduate training in clinical development, medical affairs, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead medical strategy for assigned programs including design, execution, interpretation of clinical studies.
• Oversee Investigator-Initiated Research governance and collaborations.
• Engage with external experts, investigators, and healthcare institutions.
• Provide medical input into regulatory strategy and documentation.
• Develop scientific communications, publications, and internal training content.
