Job summary

CompHealth is seeking a board-certified psychiatrist in Albuquerque, New Mexico to manage clinical operations. This position requires 5+ years of clinical practice along with management experience, offering a Monday to Friday schedule with no call.

The candidate will handle a mix of clinical and leadership duties, with the opportunity for a sign-on bonus, 4 weeks of PTO, and additional holidays. Support is provided for salary negotiation and licensing coordination.

Qualifications

• Must be board certified in general adult psychiatry, child/adolescent psychiatry, or addiction medicine.
• 5+ years of clinical practice required plus at least 3 years of management experience.
• Candidates must hold an MD or DO.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical operations with a focus on leadership duties.
• Carry out approximately 60% clinical duties and 40% leadership duties.
