Job summary

Infinite Medical P.C. is seeking a dynamic Medical Director to oversee the delivery of comprehensive care for residents in LTC facilities. You will provide leadership to clinical staff, ensure high-quality care, and drive best practices across the team.

As Medical Director, you will mentor staff, lead credentialing, chair QAPI, and ensure DOH readiness while advancing new clinical programs and geriatric care innovations.

Qualifications

• CMD certification preferred.
• Extensive LTC/long-term care leadership experience.
• Strong leadership, communication and team-building skills.
• Deep knowledge of long-term care regulatory and quality processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing oversight, mentorship, and clinical guidance to medical staff.
• Foster a collaborative environment and promote best practices and development.
• Lead interview and credentialing for medical staff.
• Chair or co-chair the QAPI committee quarterly.
• Support DOH survey preparedness and regulatory compliance.
• Lead new clinical programs and initiatives.
• Stay informed on geriatric care advancements for the facility.
• Provide direct patient care ensuring high-quality treatment.
