Job summary

Lilly Regenerative Medicine is seeking a highly motivated Clinical Research Physician (CRP) to join our Gene Therapy Medical Development function. This role will contribute to the clinical development of innovative gene therapies for sensory and rare disorders, shaping study design and execution.

The CRP will ensure compliance with FDA/ICH guidelines, review protocols and reports, and partner with regulatory, safety, and external investigators to advance program milestones and data dissemination.

Qualifications

• Advanced clinical training with experience in clinical trials and regulatory guidance.
• Familiarity with FDA, ICH, CPMP and GCPs.
• Strong collaboration across global teams and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and oversee clinical development activities for gene therapies.
• Coordinate with regulatory, safety, and trial sites to ensure GCP compliance.
• Review protocols, informed consent, and study reports per timelines.
• Support safety monitoring and adverse event reporting in line with policies.
• Engage with external health care professionals to disseminate data.
