Harvard Medical Faculty Physicians at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, Inc. (HMFP) seeks a full-time Community Oncologist to serve as Medical Director of the Hematology/Oncology Clinic and Infusion Services at the Quincy Ambulatory Center opening in 2027.

The physician will lead outpatient hematology/medical oncology care, oversee infusion services, and collaborate with nursing, operations, and system leadership to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care within an academic health system.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in hematology/medical oncology.
• Interest in community-based oncology within an academic health system.
• Experience in clinical leadership or program development.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide comprehensive outpatient hematology and medical oncology care.
• Facilitate infusion-based therapies for oncology and non-oncology patients.
• Serve as the physician leader for the Quincy Hem/Onc and Infusion site.
• Support implementation of system-wide clinical standards, safety initiatives, and quality metrics.
