Job summary

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree required.
• Current, unrestricted licensure in Pennsylvania as an MD or DO required.
• PA license to sell Health and Life Insurance required or must obtain license to sell within 90 days from date of hire.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Commercial Group sales team to educate key clients about products, programs, strategies and goals; emphasize medical capabilities as differentiator.
• Monitors and drives patient and client experience/satisfaction metrics
• Maintains and leverages relationships to drive market growth
• Leads and promotes collaboration across multiple disciplines and teams to achieve clinical and business outcomes
• Supports clients in interpretation of data and provides consultation in developing strategies on behalf of the client
• Provides strategic direction to Healthcare Delivery for optimal delivery of program value narratives
• Lead the evolution of Capital’s group clinical data consultation model
• Lead the clinical growth and evolution of our comprehensive stop loss and high cost claimant strategy
