Our partnership with MedElite Healthcare Management Group empowers us to focus on compassionate, personalized care that meets each resident’s needs. We seek a dynamic Medical Director/Attending Physician to oversee care delivery, lead clinical staff, and promote best practices across the team.

Formación

• CMD certification preferred
• Extensive experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities
• Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality improvement in long-term care
• Ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and external stakeholders
• Clinical staff physical requirements (standing/walking) during exams

Responsabilidades

• Provide ongoing oversight, mentorship, and clinical guidance to medical staff to maintain high standards of care
• Foster a collaborative environment that promotes best practices and continuous professional development
• Lead the interview and credentialing process for prospective medical staff
• Chair or co-chair the QAPI Committee on a quarterly basis
• Assist in DOH survey preparedness, ensuring compliance with regulations
• Lead implementation of new clinical programs and initiatives
• Stay informed of geriatrics and long-term care advancements to evolve clinical offerings
• Provide direct patient care to residents, ensuring high-quality treatment
