Infinite Medical P.C. is seeking a Medical Director/ Attending Physician in Farmington, MN. This part-time role (2 days per week) oversees delivery of comprehensive care, provides leadership to clinical staff, and drives quality improvements across the facility.

You will chair QAPI efforts, supervise credentialing, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to uphold top patient care standards while ensuring DOH compliance. The position offers competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• CMD certification is preferred.
• Extensive experience in long-term care (LTC) or skilled nursing facility settings.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
• In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality improvement processes in long-term care.
• Ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and external stakeholders to enhance patient care and facility operations.
• Prolonged standing and walking on facility floors; carrying a medical bag, laptop, tablet or diagnostic equipment; bending, stooping, or assisting with positioning during exams; navigating multi-level buildings, stairs or uneven surfaces; lifting/moving patients.

• Stay informed of advancements in geriatric and long-term care to continuously evolve the facility's clinical offerings
• Provide direct patient care to residents, ensuring the highest quality of clinical treatment and support
