Sanitas Medical Center seeks an experienced Medical Director (MD/DO) to lead clinical care across our Pinellas and Riverview centers while mentoring providers and driving quality outcomes.

The role blends clinical practice with medical leadership in a value-based care environment, offering collaboration with physicians, APPs, and operations to enhance patient experience and clinical performance.

Formación

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Active Florida medical license or ability to obtain prior to employment.
• Active DEA registration.
• Previous physician leadership or Medical Director experience preferred.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and mentoring skills to lead multidisciplinary teams.

Responsabilidades

• Provide clinical leadership and oversight for assigned medical centers.

• Promote evidence-based medicine and clinical best practices.
