VCA Olympic Animal Hospital is seeking a Medical Director in Washington to lead clinical quality, mentor staff, and guide medical decisions with the backing of a large veterinary network. This role emphasizes high standards of patient care and team coordination to ensure outstanding service for pets and their families.

Schedule

• Full-Time position
• Hours: Monday, Wednesday, Friday- 8am - 5:30pm; Tuesday, Thursday- 8am - 6:30pm, Saturday- 8am - 1pm

Total Rewards

As a member of the VCA family, eligible full-time employees will be rewarded with a comprehensive package, including:

Compensation

• The annual salary range for this position is $85,000 to $180,000.
• Salary is negotiable based on experience, skills, knowledge, abilities and other relevant credentials. Salary range listed is based on a 40-hour work week.
• This position may also be eligible for other variable pay programs.

Qualifications

• A Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree, from an accredited university or equivalent
• Licensure in good standing to practice in Washington state, or the ability to obtain
• A commitment to practicing the highest standard of medicine and upholding the veterinary code of ethics
