7:30 AM | Pull Into Your Hospital (Not a Strip Mall!)
You arrive at your beautiful, freestanding, 8,000 square foot hospital, designed from the ground up with space, innovative technology, and your professional goals in mind. Your fully equipped treatment areas and ultrasound are ready to go, and there’s plenty of room to grow into advanced diagnostics like HBOT, Endoscopy, HFOT, and 3D CT, customized to your interests and style of medicine.

8:00 AM | Morning Huddle With Your Dream Team
You check in with a team that actually stays. Our culture-obsessed approach means our turnover is a fraction of the average clinic’s, so you spend less time rehiring and more time building something great together.

9:00 AM | Practice the Medicine You Love
Whether your passion is GP, Shelter, Specialty, or ER, your hospital reflects the medicine you want to lead.

11:00 AM | Payroll, Compliance, IT... Handled.

12:30 PM | Lunch & Mentorship

It’s Advanced Skills Lab day! Get hands-on in surgery, endoscopy, ultrasound, ECC, HFOT, HBOT, and 3D CT alongside fellow Hippo DVMs. Our recent lab included a Liver Lobectomy, Anal Sacculectomy, Diaphragmatic Hernia, PU, & others.

The Details

• Annual compensation from $230k–$300k+, a combination of base salary + production bonuses, incentives, and more. Salary is guaranteed with no negative accrual!
• Compensation varies by hospital style (GP/Shelter/Specialty/ER), location, experience, production, and hours worked
• Granted Equity: no loan and no financial contribution required
• Equity and additional compensation opportunities discussed during the interview process
