Job summary

Jackson Physician Search in partnership with One to One Health is conducting a national search for a Medical Director to lead an established employer-based primary care practice in Reno, Nevada, beginning in January 2027.

The successful candidate will oversee clinical operations, guide a small team, maintain Nevada licensure, and collaborate with employers to improve health outcomes and value-based care. This role requires leadership and strong relationship-building abilities.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
• Active and unrestricted Nevada medical license.
• Minimum of three years of clinical experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide preventive, acute, and chronic care services to patients.
• Conduct annual wellness visits and comprehensive health assessments.
• Diagnose and manage a broad range of medical conditions.
• Supervise and support two Advanced Practice Providers (APPs).
