Job summary

Cat Care Clinic of Naples is seeking an experienced veterinarian to serve as Medical Director in an exclusively feline hospital in Naples, FL. You will partner with ownership to guide clinical excellence, mentor a talented team, and drive growth for an established feline-focused practice.

The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule, no weekend or after-hours emergencies, and protected leadership time. Competitive compensation with a ProSal model and a long-term growth program are included.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary of $140,000-$180,000 depending on experience and credentials.
• ProSal compensation model with production opportunities.
• Leadership performance incentives.
