National Veterinary Associates, Inc. seeks a Medical Director to lead our established AAHA-accredited small animal hospital in Farmington, Connecticut. You will stay clinically active while mentoring the team and guiding the hospital’s direction alongside the Hospital Manager.

You’ll participate in the Managing DVM training program to ensure a smooth leadership transition, shape medical standards, culture, and growth, and maintain exceptional patient care.

Advanced Veterinary Care is seeking an outstanding veterinarian to lead our established, AAHA-accredited small animal hospital in Farmington, Connecticut. This is an ideal opportunity for a natural leader who wants to stay clinically active while mentoring others and shaping the direction of the practice. As Medical Director, you'll spend most of your time practicing medicine while providing medical leadership, mentoring associate veterinarians, and partnering with the Hospital Manager to guide the hospital's continued success. New Medical Directors receive structured mentorship through NVA's Managing DVM training program to ensure a smooth transition into the role.

Compensation

$160k-$180k (dependent on experience)
