Rofé Medical seeks a Medical Director to lead a VIP regenerative medicine clinic in Boca Raton. You will oversee a team of physicians and clinicians, maintain high clinical standards, and ensure regulatory compliance while maintaining a visible hands-on presence with patients.

The ideal candidate will have a Florida medical license, Board certification in Family or Internal Medicine, and extensive experience in GLP-1 therapy and stem cell/exosome treatments.

Qualifications

• Active Florida medical license (or ability to obtain promptly).
• Board certification in Family or Internal Medicine.
• Credentialed with major Florida payors (Big Five).
• Strong GLP-1 and stem cell/exosome therapy experience.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor clinicians and manage performance.

This is not a rent-a-license role. This is not a strategy-only job. This is a hands-on Medical Director position inside a confidential, high-profile regenerative medicine practice serving a VIP clientele. You will be in the room with patients, leading clinicians, and setting the clinical standard for a practice that does not treat “anti-aging” as a slogan.

The Role

You will serve as the medical leader of a VIP regenerative medicine clinic and it's adjacent med spa with an active total patient panel of approximately 5,000 (10,000 on the email list), seeing patients and managing a team of 2 MDs, 2 PAs and 14 MAs, you will oversee, mentor, and hold to a high standard.

1/3 of our billing goes through insurance and 2/3 is cash pay elective services. We are patient and practitioner centric. Our staff deals with ICD-10 coding, insurance bureaucracy and clinic management so you can focus on patients. Med Spa is focused on longevity memberships with aesthetics as a value add.

This is a highly client-facing role. Our patients are discerning, private, and results-driven. You must be comfortable in that environment: composed, discreet, medically rigorous, and excellent with people.

You will:

• Direct and oversee all clinical care across regenerative medicine, anti-aging, and medical weight loss
• Personally see the majority of our patients and remain a visible clinical presence — not a name on the wall
• Supervise, train, and manage other practitioners; own quality, protocols, and outcomes
• Design and continuously refine protocols for stem cell therapy, exosome therapy, GLP-1 medical weight loss, and complementary regenerative services
• Ensure Florida regulatory, documentation, and supervision requirements are met without exception
• Protect patient confidentiality at a VIP standard
• Build trust with a high-profile client base and with the clinical team
• Partner with ownership on clinical direction while remaining fully accountable for day-to-day medicine

Who We’re Looking For

We do not discriminate against physicians because they are “too old.” We would prefer a seasoned industry leader — ideally a former practice owner or someone who has built and run a high-touch practice.

Required

• Active license in the State of FL, including DEA license
• Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Already credentialed with the Big Five 3rd party payors in Florida
• Strong medical weight loss expertise, including GLP-1 therapy (semaglutide, tirzepatide, and related protocols)
• Hands-on experience with stem cell and exosome therapy
• Proven ability to manage/mentor other clinicians, not only treat patients
• Exceptional interpersonal skills; discretion with a confidential VIP client base
• Comfort with a high-touch, high-expectation patient population
• Unrestricted Florida medical license (or ability to obtain promptly) and clean professional record

• Board Certified in Regenerative Medicine
• Board Certified in Lifestyle Medicine
• A4M member
• Prior practice ownership or medical director experience in cash-pay, concierge, regenerative, or aesthetic medicine
• Experience serving high-net-worth or high-profile patients
