Job summary

VCA Neshaminy Animal Hospital is seeking a Medical Director to lead clinical excellence and mentor a team of veterinarians and staff. You will guide medical decisions, uphold high standards of care, and foster collaborative relationships with clients and colleagues.

The role emphasizes compassionate leadership, teaching, and ongoing growth within a modern, AAHA-accredited hospital environment.

Qualifications

• A Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM or VMD) degree from an accredited university or equivalent.
• Licensure in good standing to practice in PA, or the ability to obtain.
• Commitment to the highest standard of medicine and veterinary ethics.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class veterinary medical care and leadership for the hospital.
• Lead and mentor a team of veterinarians and support staff.
• Oversee clinical standards, client relations, and documentation practices.

Schedule

• Full-Time or Part-Time
• We are open Monday-Thursday: 8am-8pm, Friday: 8am-7pm and Saturday: 8am-4pm(rotating Saturdays)

• Salary is negotiable based on experience, skills, knowledge, abilities and other relevant credentials. Salary range listed is based on a 40 hour work week.
