CTVSEH in Austin, TX is seeking a Medical Director to lead a high-performing emergency and specialty team. You will balance clinical excellence with strategic leadership to drive patient care and team growth.

This role offers a four-day work week, base salary starting at $200,000+ with monthly production bonuses, generous sign-on, relocation assistance, and no non-competes. You will shape standards and grow partnerships within the referring veterinary community.
