CTVSEH is seeking a Medical Director in Austin, TX to balance clinical excellence with strategic leadership, guiding our South Austin team.

You will lead a high-performing veterinary team, refine clinical standards and services, drive efficiency across hospital operations, and ensure an exceptional client and patient experience while building strong ties with referring veterinarians. This growth-focused leadership role offers a four-day work week and generous benefits.

Qualifications

• DVM (or equivalent) from an accredited institution.
• Licensed in Texas (or eligible).
• Board certification in emergency or related specialty (ECC, oncology, surgery, radiology, internal medicine) preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Confident communicator who can motivate and align teams.
• Forward-thinking leader focused on innovation and growth.
