  • A positive, team-oriented approach to leadership and veterinary medicine.
  • A willingness to trust, empower, and collaborate with veterinary technicians and support staff.
  • A passion for teaching, mentorship, and lifelong learning.
  • An interest in building lasting relationships with clients and the surrounding community.
Bonus points if you have:
  • Previous Medical Director, Chief of Staff, or veterinary leadership experience.
  • Experience mentoring new graduates or developing veterinary team members.
  • Familiarity with Fear Free patient-handling techniques.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset and an interest in helping grow an established veterinary practice.

  • Saturday: 8:30 a.m.-12:00 p.m.
  • No on-call or emergency after-hours responsibilities

We understand that a rewarding veterinary career should leave room for life outside the hospital, too. We strive to create an environment where you can deliver exceptional medicine while maintaining a sustainable work-life balance.
