Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics is seeking a Production Technician to maintain and optimize manufacturing equipment in a medical device TPM environment. You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on CNC centers, inspection systems, and ultrasonic cleaners to ensure operational efficiency.

Working in our Austin facility, you will document maintenance actions, troubleshoot issues, and support process improvements and safety protocols while collaborating with production teams and engineers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years in production or maintenance, preferably with TPM experience.
• Strong mechanical/electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Proficiency in maintenance tools, documentation, basic computer skills, and reading/writing in English.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on machinery such as CNC centers, inspection systems, ultrasonic cleaners.
• Troubleshoot technical issues.
