ProKatchers LLC is seeking a Medical Device Systems Engineer in Plymouth, MN for a 12-month+ role. The position requires extensive experience in the medical device sector, with emphasis on echo imaging modalities (TEE/ICE) and left atrial appendage occlusion systems.

Job Description :

• 6+ years of related work experience with a complete understanding of specified functional area.
• Prior experience in medical devices and/or systems engineering a plus, especially prior experience related to establishing user needs and requirements for new product development.
• Experience with implantable/ class III devices, electromechanical devices, or echo imaging modalities (e.g., TEE, ICE) a plus.
• Support New product development for left atrial appendage occlusion implant and delivery system.
• Experience translating user needs, clinical insights, physician feedback, and engineering data into measurable system and subsystem requirements and architecture. (Requirements development & systems engineering)
• Must have experience designing experiments and collecting and analyzing data (Minitab, JMP, or similar)
• Ability to lead technical investigations, drive cross-functional alignment, influence without authority, identify technical risks, and communicate recommendations to project leadership. Must be capable of independently defining next steps with limited oversight.
• Education: Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
