Job summary

TAE Life Sciences is seeking a System Test Engineer to verify and validate complex medical device systems. You will work with Systems, Hardware, and Software teams as well as Clinical staff to design, execute, and summarize test activities that support Design Verification, Design Validation, and Usability Engineering.

Travel to installations may be required. The role emphasizes adherence to ISO 13485/14971 and IEC 62304/66, collaboration, and precise documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Computer Science/Other Technical Discipline.
• Two or more years of experience testing computer or mechanical systems preferred but not required.
• Demonstrated curiosity, initiative, and interest in hands‑on testing and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and execute test cases for Design Verification, Design Validation, and Usability Engineering.
• Verify requirements and validate user needs for products under development.
• Record results, document defects with sufficient details, and assist in triage.
